The musts to join our senate and council rules.

1 ) You must be a clean family and organized, No exceptions to this matter!

2 ) Loyalty is our utmost concern. If you can not dedicate full loyalty to "The Senate", This is not the place for you to be. Your family must be active with every meeting and have a voice in each meeting in any matters at hand for the stability of our coalition.

3 ) Only the GF or GM are allowed to "The Senate" meetings. You will represent your family in every meeting. During any meeting a vote is put forth, Majority vote will rule and other families are required to abide by this.

4 ) "The Senate" does not and will not run your family. If any clash of decisions to be decided is against a personal alliance, You have the right to stay neutral. At no time may you organize any fights amongst "The Senate" Families.

5 ) Within "The Senate" Ranks will be assigned for the GF or GM after voting in has taken place. That rank will hold your spot in meetings and any organized wars for shot calling. The shot caller that does make a call and organize will be required to organize, run, negotiate, and be front line of the war.

6 ) There will not be any toleration of disrespect amongst each other in any meetings or upon the game. Any signs of drama in our coalition will be handled swiftly and accurately. The Sergeant At Arms will investigate any and all matters concerning each situation and will report directly to the Council.

7 ) There will be a voting period of 1 week to investigate your family background. You must have a set forth amount of active members designated by the council. We do not allow just anybody here so we expect the best only.

8 ) After your voting period, Every family must agree on the entry. If any oppose, Youw ill not be allowed to join and will be contacted. You must have a YIM address for contact. You must be able to organize your own wars. We do not do Spreadsheets for anybody, Do your own homework before a war is brought to council.

9 ) You must be sponsored by a Senate family. No outside random families are to be allowed to join. This helps cut back on annoying day by day families that can not hold there own. On meeting night, Your family will be introduced and invited to join a council meeting for interview. One week grace period for voting will be required at that time you will be invited back and assigned a position in the council.
